Owner Sean Hanley has spent his entire career in the golf course industry. After working through college at UVM as a member of a golf course maintenance crew in Vermont, he went to work on the construction of golf courses for the renowned golf course architect Robert Trent Jones Jr. Starting as a labor crew foreman, Sean moved up the ranks to finish shaper, shaper, and eventually site superintendent, overseeing all the work and subcontractors involved in the process of building new golf courses. He spent ten years building new courses for this world class organization. This experience has afforded him the opportunity to learn from some of the best architects and shapers in the industry, as well as travel to and work on some of the most prestigious courses around the world. Having finally settled in Acton, MA in 1999 with his wife Christine and two children, Sean has spent the last eight years serving the renovation and restoration needs of golf courses in the New England area and beyond, forming .

John Garstka works at as a Shaper.  Since age thirteen, he has been working in the field of golf course and turf management.    After graduating from University of Massachusetts-Stockbridge with a degree in Turf Management, he owned his own turf management company. He has worked for Southampton Country Club (MA) as a foreman/mechanic, Country Club of North Carolina as an intern, and Stow Acres Country Club (MA) as Assistant Superintendent. In his role as Shaper for , John assists with the design and construction of the “artwork of a golf course”, namely shaping greens, tees and bunkers, and installing drainage and irrigation.  John lives in Westminster, MA with his wife, Marsha.
